Regenerative fitness

As an athlete and fitness enthusiast, I have learned that an optimal quality of life comes from balance and moderation. If you have pain from orthopedic dysfunctions and/or overuse chronic symptoms, Regenerative Fitness may be ideal for you.

Your first step is to contact me for a consultation where we will discuss your needs and goals. I will then conduct a thorough musculoskeletal and movement assessment. With the results of your evaluation, I will develop a specific fitness program tailored to your needs.

I will teach you how to breathe properly, enhance posture and mobility to energize the body and provide an optimal healing environment to move you towards vibrant health!
